Gisele Bündchen is reportedly shutting down dating rumors with Joaquim Valente
Gisele Bündchen seems to have responded to her recent dating rumors months after her divorce from ex-husband Tom Brady was finalized.
The 42-year-old Brazilian model was spotted back in Costa Rica nearly a month after her trip to Brazil for the country’s annual Carnaval festivities. The paps let her go for a walk with Joaquim Valente, the jiu-jitsu instructor, further fueling the romance rumors, via Page Six.
Apart from Valente, she was also linked to Jeffrey Soffer.
In an Instagram selfie, she cryptically captioned it: “Everything we hear is opinion, not fact. Everything we see is perspective, not the truth.”
The accompanying photo showed the 42-year-old supermodel in a lush field of grass, scraping her make-up-free face against a tall plant.
The post comes after DailyMail.com claimed the Brazil native “has been spending time with” billionaire hotel magnate Soffer, who is an apparent friend of Brady’s and the ex-husband of Australian supermodel Elle Macpherson.
“They’ve been seeing each other for several months and secretly meeting about once a week,” a source told the outlet.
Also, in November 2022, when Bündchen was spotted with Valente in Brazil, insiders told Page Six that the instructor and her brothers had been training the model and her children in martial arts “for a year and a half,” adding that their relationship with the fitness guru was “strictly platonic and professional.”
Gisele was previously married to former NFL player Tom Brady for 13 years before their divorce was finalized in October 2022. The former couple share two children, Benjamin, 13, and Vivian, 10 years.
