Jeremy, 57, was joined by columnist Andrew Pierce and Myleene Klass.

They were discussing whether it was okay to throw away your ex’s belongings.

It comes as former Premier League footballer Greg Halford posted a video on social media of him throwing his ex-partner’s belongings out of a window.

He has accused him of being unfaithful.

“What a terrible way to behave, and to film her to humiliate her, I mean we don’t know if she cheated,” Andrew said, reacting to the clip.

Jeremy then asked if it was acceptable to throw ex stuff out the window.

In response to the presenter, Myleene said: “No. Like Andrew, I think we’ve all had cheater exes, we’ve all had to do a bag or boxes and that’s how you do it.

“They’re gone, you’ve gotten rid of the detritus, you’ve gotten rid of the main problem, you’ve done it, this is just cleaning.”

Vine told the couple that she would have thought they would have been more tolerant of Greg’s way of moving on.

He said: “I don’t like it because I know of one case where that happened and it revealed to me that there was something within the relationship that was abusive.”

He added: “I feel it is a violent act.”

However, fans at home accused them of double standards as it was a woman who cheated, and questioned whether the panelists would feel the same way if it was a male cheater.

One posted: “The tune has changed because she’s a deluded woman…typical.”

Another said: “When a woman does the same when a guy cheats, she gets praised. Another example of double standards.”

“Would a man throw a woman out a window if she was caught cheating on Andrew? Unfunny mug,” said a third.

While a fourth said: “Kate Mansfield here turning on someone who got cheated on. Bet if the roles were reversed they’d stick up for the girl.”

Greg played in England’s top flight with Wolves, Sunderland and Reading during his career.

In total, the defender played 29 games in the Premier League.

The 38-year-old shared the video on Twitter to his 43,000 followers with the caption: “It’s been a long, long time, but finally cleared the cheater ex’s stuff.”
