A woman decided to make her boyfriend’s Tinder account to boost his confidence after he rated his appearance a five out of 10.
“Obviously, I think he’s gorgeous and handsome, but even though I’ve been saying this for years, he doesn’t believe me. So, for some stupid reason, I decided to show him that other girls would find him attractive by making a fool of him. Li set up an account, made a bio and just started swiping right,” she wrote on Reddit.
She said: “After a day he had about a dozen matches on Tinder and after I showed him this, I saw how he immediately became more confident and thanked me for everything.”
She explained how their relationship continued to be normal until she checked his Tinder account,
She added: “Cut my surprise when a couple of days later I check the Tinder account that I had basically forgotten after 24 hours, and I could see many messages sent to many of the girls my bf had matched with” .
She continued: “I confronted him and he denied it, but I mean those messages even included promises to meet. Obviously we broke up and out of curiosity I checked Tinder again afterwards of a week and this breakup clearly hasn’t slowed him down. he’s down a bit. so now the bait I made him not only broke us up but is now helping him navigate his new single life .
She also said, “TL;DR: Made an account for my bf to prove he’s hot and ended up dumping me for one of the girls he matched with.”
