By India Today Web Desk: Comedian and actor Zakir Khan spoke about the simple mantra to be followed in life at Sahitya AajTak 2022 on November 20. In a session titled Bahut Nainsafi Hai, Khan spoke about dating tips, the cons of social media and the pros of being a good listener.

While talking about the impact of social media on the youth, Zakir Khan noted, “Knowledge doesn’t matter anymore because everything is accessible. That’s why the education being imparted right now should be focused on issues that can make a person a good human being. A person is not defined by age. A 21-year-old can be an uncle and a 50-year-old can be a young memory.”

Talking about heartbreak and the famous adjective of ‘Sakht Launda’ being assigned to him, Khan said, “A person has to give in and melt down many times before developing a strong personality. They have to go through many hurdles to be stoic, rational and reasonable. Heartbreaks only make a human being.”

Amidst much merriment, Zakir Khan showed his humorous side and imparted some dating knowledge. He said, “One’s life mantra should simply be ‘Hmm, Achha, Thik Hai’. If you simply listen to the woman, you will be ahead of many men. Sometimes women just need someone to listen to. Even your marriage will be happy because of this one mantra.”

When asked about the problems faced by young people who invest in social media, Zakir Khan spoke about depression and the need to be nice to each other. “People should understand that writing bad things affects the other person, just keep one thing in mind. If you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything. Social media is full of useless people, so you can’t to reason with everyone.

Zakir Khan is a comedian and actor who rose to fame on social media after starring in hilarious AIB comedy skits. Khan also appeared as one of the judges in Season 2 of Amazon Prime’s Comicstaan. He played important roles in the web series Haq Se Single, Chacha Vidhayak Hain Humare, Kaksha Gyarvi which is available on Amazon Prime Video.
